Two weeks ago, I had a maternity session with Kristine and Family. Five days after our session, little Stella arrived three weeks early.
I had a wonderful afternoon meeting Stella last weekend. Here are a few favorites from the shoot.

I fell in love with Sophia the first time I met her back in 2009 during an instore promotion with Janie and Jack. I secretly hoped her parents would contact me again. 🙂 A few months later, I was asked to photograph Sophia’s first birthday. It was a beautiful day after a long week of non-stop rain. Since our first meeting I have become good friends with her parents. Every session is fun and carefree. Sophia has a very strong will, and it is a pleasure to watch her grow into it.
A few months ago, Kristine mentioned they were expecting another child. It was a delight to have the chance to photograph her family again. It is a good thing we had the session when we did, because their little one arrived three weeks early (less than a week after our session)!
I cannot wait to meet her!

Fall Fun in a Brooklyn Park | New York Child Photographer

Sunday was the perfect Fall day for a session. The temperature was just right, the sky was a vibrant blue, everything was pointing towards a fun shoot. By the time we finished our session, it felt as if we had known each other for years. I had a wonderful time the entire afternoon. It is always a treat to photograph a family that loves having fun and being silly. I love capturing the genuine smiles on the parents faces as well as the kids. 🙂

It’s that time of year again! I am excited to announce that I will be partnering with Tales & Toys for a day of Mini-Sessions. Tales & Toys is a wonderful kids store now located at 125 A Richmond St. El Segundo, CA.

Last weekend, Tales & Toys had their grand re-opening party. I stopped by to say hi and to grab a couple of photos.

A while back, Mollie Brown and I spent a morning photographing some of her delicious treats. We shot a few rolls of film, because food just looks better on film. 🙂 During the shoot, I had to sample all the food to make sure it tasted as good as it looked. It did.

On Monday, I had the chance to photograph three sisters. I photographed three brothers before, but this was the first time I photographed three sisters together. The girls were delightful and full of energy. Each girl different from the next. There was a lot of sweet brief moments between the running around.
I had a fun time photographing three sisters. I would happily do it again.
