Gratitude | Los Angeles Child Photographer
November 21, 2012
As Thanksgiving and Small Business Saturday approach, I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude towards all of the local business and people who bring joy and support to my life.
* Little Junebugs (Words cannot properly express my gratitude for Courtney Collins and all her love, creativity, inspiration, and support.)
* Toy Crazy (Melissa and her crew have supported me and my photography for the last three years. They are the reason I have found many wonderful clients.)
* Yogala Echo Park (I am without a doubt a stronger, more patient, and happier person, because of Yogala and their wonderful teachers. They have a new intro special…first timers to the studio get 1 unlimited month of yoga for $30!)
Remember to support your favorite local business while shopping this holiday season. Actually, remember to support them year round. 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Baby on the way… | Los Angeles Maternity Photographer

I first met Sam a year and a half ago. She had just opened up a wonderful yoga studio (Yogala Echo Park) in my neighborhood. 18 months later, I am still in love with her wonderful, cheerful, peaceful studio. I recently had the chance to photographer her and her adorable daughter at the studio.
Here are a few of my favorites from the session…
Yogala Echo Park | Los Angeles Photographer
July 19, 2011
I have been searching for an inspiring yoga studio on and off since my move to Los Angeles. I was spoiled in NYC with a wonderful teacher, and I have very high standards when it comes to what I expect from a teacher. Then last March, the lovely Samantha Jones, opened a beautiful studio, Yogala, right in my neighborhood. I have not only found my yoga studio, I have also made new friends with both teachers and students. Samantha created a gorgeous space, and I am thrilled that I was able to document it for her. Every single teacher I have taken a class with has been fantastic. One of my favorite parts of Yogala is that I am always running into Yogala teachers taking classes. I think it speaks very highly that teachers make the time to come to classes.
The studio offers a wide variety of classes for both adults as well as kids. One of the cutest things I have ever witnessed is the Tip-Toe Ballet Class (photos below).
If you are in Echo Park, CA, I highly recommend stopping by and taking a class or two 🙂
